Notes:

Notes : GTW fee is in US Dollars and includes the GTW (26-27 May 2015), a Cocktail reception on Monday 25 May (6.30-8.00 pm), Handout with extended abstracts on memory stick, 2 lunches, 4 tea-breaks. Advance registration is recommended on Monday 25 May before the Cocktail (Registration 5.00-6.00 pm, Sutera Harbour Hotel, Room TBD). Guests of Delegates for Cocktail can pay onsite in cash USD50. PAYMENT POLICY: A letter of cancellation must be received before 14 April 2015 in order to receive a refund, less USD50 retained. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are allowed, in writing. Difference in M/NM and Early Bird fees may apply. Non-payment does not constitute automatic cancellation. Cancellation Policy & Other Important Notes: AAPG reserves the right to cancel an event if enrollment is insufficient to ensure proper effectiveness. The organizer will not be liable for non-attendance due to visa issues or other travel obstructions. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser shall not be responsible for travel costs. Speakers and program agenda are subject to change.
