Registration/Payments/Cancellations
All registration pricing is in USD. Registration through this online process is by credit card only. To register and pay using a wire transfer, please email Diana Ruiz at [email protected].

No refunds or cancellations will be issued one month prior to symposium. Participants who are unable to attend the symposium may designate a substitute to attend in their place.
