Notes : GTW fee is in US Dollars and includes the GTW (21-22 April 2015), a cocktail reception on Tuesday 21 April 2015 (6.30-8.30 pm), Handout on thumb drive with extended abstracts, 2 lunches, 4 tea-breaks. Meeting Room : Makaro Room, Wharewaka Function Centre. Advance registration recommended on Mon 20 April at Makaro Room 4.00-6.00 pm. Guests of Delegates for Cocktail: Fee USD50.00; paid in cash onsite. PAYMENT POLICY: A letter of cancellation must be received before 10 March 2015 in order to receive a refund, less USD50 retained. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are allowed, in writing. Non-payment does not constitute automatic cancellation. Optional activities organised by Committee include a 1-day Field Trip (Thursday 23 April) and a 1-day Core Workshop (full taken up;Thursday 23 April); . AAPG's involvement is only for online registration and marketing. Cancellation Policy & Other Important Notes: AAPG reserves the right to cancel an event if enrollment is insufficient to ensure proper effectiveness. The organizer will not be liable for non-attendance due to visa issues or other travel obstructions. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser shall not be responsible for travel costs.
