Notes:

Notes : GTW fee is in US Dollars and includes the GTW (Thursday 31 March-Friday 1 April 2016), a Cocktail reception on Wednesday 30 March (6.30-8.00 pm), a Handout with extended abstracts possibly in a Dropbox folder/on a memory stick or in a photocopied booklet, 2 lunches, 4 tea-breaks. Advance registration is recommended on Wednesday 30 March before the Cocktail (Registration 4.30-6.00 pm). Guests of Delegates for Cocktail can pay onsite in cash USD50. PAYMENT POLICY: A letter of cancellation via email must be received before 18 February 2016 in order to receive a refund, less USD50 retained. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are allowed, in writing, with submission of fresh registration form. A non-member substitute will be billed the fee difference. Non-payment does not constitute automatic cancellation. Cancellation Policy & Other Important Notes: AAPG reserves the right to cancel an event if enrollment is insufficient to ensure proper effectiveness. The organizer will not be liable for non-attendance due to visa issues or other travel obstructions. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser shall not be responsible for travel costs. Speakers and program agenda are subject to change.
