Notes : Registration fee is in US Dollars and includes the Technical Symposium (Wednesday 13 September-Thursday 14 September 2017), short abstracts either printed or on Dropbox/memory stick, extended abstracts on Dropbox; 2 lunches, 4 tea-breaks. On-site registration is recommended on Tuesday 12 September to avoid queues on Day 1. An icebreaker will be held on 12 September from 6.00-7.30 pm. IAGI is conducting a Workshop & Field Trip 18-20 September. Details found on website. PAYMENT POLICY: In order to receive a refund, an email of cancellation via email must be received before 19 July, less USD75 retained. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are allowed, in writing, with submission of fresh registration form. A non-member substitute will be billed the fee difference. Non-payment does not constitute automatic cancellation. Cancellation Policy & Other Important Notes: AAPG reserves the right to cancel an event if enrollment is insufficient to ensure proper effectiveness. The organizer will not be liable for non-attendance due to visa issues or other travel obstructions. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser shall not be responsible for travel costs. Speakers and program agenda are subject to change. More details will come in due course.
